A total of 126 patients (108 in Hb ≥9.0 g/dl, 12 in Hb 8.0−8.9 g/dl, 4 in Hb 7.0−7.9 g/dl, and 2 in Hb <7.0 g/dl) were lost to follow-up; A total of 308 patients (267 in Hb ≥9.0 g/dl, 19 in Hb 8.0−8.9 g/dl, 16 in Hb 7.0−7.9 g/dl, and 6 in Hb <7.0 g/dl) were lost to follow-up.
