The Korean Society of Critical Care Medicine (KSCCM) plays a leading role in the care of critically ill patients by improving the clinical skills and knowledge of its members across diverse disciplines including medicine, nursing, physical/occupational therapy, and pharmacy. KSCCM aims to seek continuing advances in critical care management and to promote friendship and cooperation among members through exchange programs at home and abroad. Acute and Critical Care (ACC), KSCCM’s medical journal launched in 1986, had been published quarterly and has been published exclusively in English since February 2014.
